Anyone scoring on a play at the plate.
He'll often use this for a close out at the plate. (They're...not...gonna...get him. He's out.)
He also sometimes used it for a long touchdown run in football.
And then there was the time they were showing baseball highlights one night. When the tape was cut, they went to the score panel in the end. Before they showed what the runner did in a chase to home plate, Keith responded with "They're...not...gonna...see the rest of the highlights."
This is used ironically, when they are gonna get him.
The full quote is "and they're not...gonna...get 'em...TODAY!" though the last word is often omitted.
