That comes from the Mel Brooks movie "Blazing Saddles" when Governor Hedy Lamar (played by the late Harvey Korman) tells someone to "Now get out there and go do that voodoo that you do so well." This would be later used by Messers. Keith Olbermann and Dan Patrick in their 1997 book "The Big Show" with a chapter about how the show is made titled "How We Do That Voodoo That We Do So Well."
